1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application, game, or related services provided by AB Studio (including but not limited to Puzzle Saga: All-in-One, AudioText: Text to Speech, and Flashlight - LED Torch Light), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our software.

2. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

AB Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and run the applications on your compatible mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and productivity purposes.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of our applications.
• Modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the software.
• Use automation tools, bots, exploits, or unauthorized modifications to manipulate game scores or virtual items.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

Certain apps may offer optional virtual goods (such as hints, boosters, or ad-removal passes). All purchases are processed directly through Google Play In-App Billing under Google's standard billing terms. Virtual goods and game coins have no monetary value outside the respective application and are non-refundable once consumed, except as required by applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions (Puzzle Saga VIP): VIP Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play. It renews automatically each month until you cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy.

Online Tournaments & Leaderboards: Online features may be changed, reset, or discontinued at any time. We may remove scores or withhold prizes where we detect cheating, tampering, or abuse of the service. Tournament prizes are virtual in-game items with no cash value.

4. Intellectual Property

All graphics, audio assets, code algorithms, designs, brand marks, and game titles are the exclusive intellectual property of AB Studio and its contributors. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

AB Studio applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for extreme stability and high performance, we do not warrant that operation will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software.
