Puzzle Saga: Delete Your Account and Data

1. Delete in the app (players signed in with Facebook)

1. Open Puzzle Saga.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon).
3. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and its cloud save are deleted right away; any other online records are removed within 30 days.

This deletes your Puzzle Saga game account, the cloud copy of your progress, your online tournament entries, and the Facebook user ID, name and profile picture link we received from Facebook Login. Progress and purchases stored on your phone are not removed; you can remove them by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

2. Delete by email (any player, or if you no longer have the app)

Send an email to fastestservice1@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data - Puzzle Saga". Include the player ID shown in the game under Settings > Delete My Data, or the name of the Facebook account you signed in with. We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days.

3. Remove Puzzle Saga from Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, select Puzzle Saga and remove it. This stops Facebook from sharing new information with us. To delete the data we already hold, use step 1 or step 2 above.

4. What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your game account and sign-in links (anonymous and Facebook), the cloud copy of your progress, tournament entries, nickname and avatar on our servers, and pending prizes.
• Kept: records of Google Play purchases (order token, product and date), without your account ID, for as long as needed for refunds, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Google Play keeps its own purchase history under Google's privacy policy.
• Crash reports and analytics events are pseudonymous and are deleted automatically by Firebase under its standard retention periods.
